CANCELLATIONS

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. We will not charge this card except in the case of late cancellations or no shows.

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. In the event of a late cancellation or no show, you will be charged for the full price of the service you were booked for.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee and asked to reschedule, except in case of emergencies.


SERVICES

We always want you to love your hair, so if you are not happy with your service, please give us a call no more than a week from your original service date. You will be scheduled with your stylist for a Color Redo free of charge in order to make it right. We do not provide monetary refunds for services.


RETAIL

If you are unhappy with any product purchased from the shop, you may exchange it or receive a product credit for future use within 30 days of purchase. No cash refunds.
